The ARCA project, Rural Agro-Tourism Association of the Caribbean Region, groups seven families from the La Lucha settlement community located in Cariari de Pococí.
This project received support and advice from the UNED (State University at a Distance), who hired me to make the photographic documentation for promotional purposes.
I enjoyed the experience very much, the families opened the doors for me, and I tried to rescue the proud and hardworking spirit of these people, who with effort and humility try to get ahead.
My strategy was simple, long walks and conversations, a light box in one hand, and in the other the camera.
